Welcome to Protype Services
At Protype Services, we believe in efficiency, accuracy and providing a unique service. Founded in 2012 by Georgie Aronin, our journey began with a simple idea: to provide a transcription, editing and administration service remotely. This was pre-Covid so, as you can imagine, there was initial apprehension from businesses. However, once they realised the cost savings, flexibility and increased productivity, they were soon converted. In fact, most of our clients have been with us from the start, including one renowned REBT professor.
Our Story
What started as solely working with universities has grown into a diverse and ambitious organisation with clients from all areas of work including, therapy, healthcare, law, finance and research. Over the years, we have adapted to fit with changing business demands, the most recent example being our AI editing transcription service.

Going Green: Our team all work from home, reducing any travel costs whilst also decreasing our carbon footprint. We are based all over the UK and are not limited by any geographical restrictions. This also means we can work with all businesses, wherever they are based.
